TRADESCORE LABS · PRACTICAL SUPPORT

IT support guides: start with the symptom.

A useful first check narrows the problem without making unnecessary changes. These routes help support staff distinguish account, device, application and network symptoms.

Sign-in and Microsoft 365 problems

Record the exact error, affected application and time. Establish whether one user, one device or several people are affected. Compare the approved browser sign-in route with the desktop application before assuming the account is broken. Never ask a user to send their password or MFA code.

Open the Outlook sign-in workflow or find Microsoft 365 and Intune checks.

Slow PCs, printing and browser failures

Ask when the problem began and what changed. For a slow PC, distinguish a single application delay from system-wide resource pressure. For printing, record the queue, destination and whether other users can print. For a browser error, capture the exact message and determine whether other approved websites work before clearing settings.

Investigate a slow Windows PC, check browsers and connectivity, or browse detailed support guide previews.

Collect evidence for the next engineer

Keep a short timeline, affected scope, business impact, checks performed and observed results. Separate observations from guesses. Remove credentials and unnecessary personal data before sharing logs. If a change is proposed, record who approved it and how to return to the previous state.

Build a ticket handover or open the branded handover and change templates.

Choose self-service or authorised remote help

Tradescore Labs provides guides and tools, not a staffed remote-repair service. Contact your organisation’s support team when access, policy or business impact requires an authorised technician. Prepare for a remote-support session.

Full diagnostic tools and detailed workflows require an active pass; public introductions explain their scope before you buy. Create a free account to start with your weekly script choices.
